Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase confirmation. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

We carefully monitor returns to ensure fairness. Please note that excessive or repeated returns may be subject to additional handling fees at the discretion of our Returns Department.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Large Items Over 25 lbs (Actual or Dimensional Weight)
    This includes bumpers, wheel/tire kits, skid plates, and other oversized or heavy parts. Due to the high costs associated with shipping, reshipping, and restocking, these items are not returnable if we shipped the correct part as ordered.

    • If returned without prior authorization, customers will be responsible for return freight and may incur up to a 20% restocking fee based on the item’s size and weight.

    • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to assist before you order.

  • Damaged Products
    Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Products that are damaged after delivery cannot be returned to us.

    • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, a claim may need to be started with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage as proof for the claim.

    • If the damage is due to a manufacturer defect, please submit a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer for the fastest resolution.

      Fitment Responsibility
      It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct fitment of parts and accessories for their specific vehicle before completing a purchase. If the correct part was shipped as ordered, we cannot accept it as a return due to improper fitment.



Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping for eligible items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

boxed items must be shipped back in an outer shipping box. The original branded box cannot be used as the shipping container.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing policies.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the standard processing window:

  1. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).

  2. Reach out to your bank for further confirmation.
