Lenses: The AlphaRex headlight lenses are made of polycarbonate plastic. They also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, they also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.

Our Ford Bronco NOVA-series headlights are designed to match the signature LED look of the 6th Gen Bronco. To achieve this, we use four of our patented 3D ice-cube projectors pair with 6th Gen Bronco signature circle and straight LED tube. The LED lights are used for both the DRL and as a sequential turn signal light on the straight tube in an amber color. Additionally, the DRL can be configured for either white (default) or amber output, providing the option to upgrade to a Raptor amber LED look. Our Bronco headlights also feature an activation light that serves as a running light when you unlock your vehicle. For low beam, all four projectors light up, while for high beam, only the bottom two projectors are used.
